How long can we expect the dining experience to take?

We kindly recommend allowing at least 3.5 hours to thoroughly enjoy our dining experience.

Are Pets allowed?

Unfortunately we are not able to allow any type of animal in the restaurant

Is there a dress code?

Are main aim is the feeling of relaxation and contentment, and for this reason we do not have a dress code.

Are children allowed?

We ask you to decide here. If you feel your little dinner is happy to sit at the table for the duration of the meal then we are happy to welcome them. We do not provide a separate extra children’s tasting menu but if you let us know at the time of reservation we are very happy to prepare some children friendly dishes.

What can we expect from the Tasting menu?

We offer a menu consisting of anywhere up to 19 food experiences, served in the form of courses. Our menu is a story put together from Sven Wassmer and his food memories. We incorporate the finest local produce and believe in working hand in hand with the region. All Vegetables are grown organically locally from our friends in Pratval. And we are very proud to have organic beef. Sven’s journey has sent him around the globe and that is apparent in his food, using techniques and products from faraway lands, but still, even here the relationship from the producer is of the upmost importance. Because of this we have decided to offer a surprise menu, letting us respect nature’s harvest with our ingredients, This way we are able to adjust the menu as nature feels appropriate.

I have a dietary requirement, am I still able to book a table?

Due to the nature of our menu we are unable to accommodate all food requirements. We offer a vegetarian menu, and all dishes are available gluten free. Should you require any adjustments we require at least 36hours notice and we will try to personalise your experience, where possible.
